    Hi Gang
I just purchased the new LYNX software for our irrigation system. From the demo we received, I think it will do a great job on our site and simplify progamming.
My question is to anyone who has used this new LYNX if you have had any issues or can give me some questions to ask my supplier prior to use in the spring.
We will be able to program and play with for a few months yet.
    Thanks in advance

I put it in last fall and I like it a whole lot. It is a whole lot easier to add stations, programs, anything you want. Once you get all of the station information in, it's a breeze and it runs the system much more efficiently than SitePro did, it has taken several hours out of my water window.

We utilized Lynx last season and it worked well. One problem that we encountered was operation from handheld. When running a program from the radio, each station would lose one minute of operation time as it moved through the cycle. This was a problem because of the number of part and full circles in a particular area, along with the minute delay before the head would pop up. Not very precise and it sounds like there is no solution to the problem as of yet.

    Thanks,

I have not seen that problem. I time all cycles sent from the handheld and they aere dead on.
