    Hi everybody from Spain.

We have bent/poa greens here in south Spain. Our irrigation water is 100% from recycling plant. Through the water we get plenty of Nitrogen in different forms, as much as 150-200 mg/Gallon.

One of the main problems during this watering period is too much growth and very flashy/puffy grass. Very poor resiliency.

We are applying Primo Max, but looks like I need to balance the nutrients inside the plant.

Any Ideas to help? Many thanks in advance.

Wow! I can imagine you are bailing hay!

We are required to keep total N to around 4 ppm by the county and under 12 by the State of Florida at our reuse plant. I would try contacting the operating of the reuse plant in your area to discuss the issue and see if they can aerate the water more to reduce the amount of N sent your way.

Also, I have a good friend that helped with our reuse project years ago that now lives in Spain as well. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to reuse water and turf. I'll send you his contact info in a PM.
