I use triplexes (JD 2500 & Toro 3150) to mow tees, collars, approaches and bale-out areas around the greens. I am not worried about the tees, but some of the slopes are slight to moderate angles in the other areas. I want to expand these areas around the greens to reduce rough, improve aesthetics and playability. I have the slick tires on these mowers currently and with dew the new areas will be difficult to mow consistently. Do you recommend a different tire with a little more grip (tread), but not too much where the turf could be damaged (turning & spinning)? Thanks!

We use golf cart tires for the front 2 tires on our triplexes that mow tees and approaches. Just need to be carefully on overly tight turns.
