I have never had them answer or return a call. Send order by email with billing and shipping info. You will never hear anything else. No return email saying they received it, etc... About 3-6 months later the blades show up and they mail you an invoice. Craziest thing I have ever seen, but I guess that is they way they like to do business. They do make a huge difference in the clipping dispersal on a 4500/3500 or I guess any other rotary. They still clump up if there is dew on the ground, but it is smaller clumps spread out more evenly. They are small enough I don't worry about blowing or dragging. You can order them through Eagle One, but you won't get them any faster. They have told me that they do them the same way. MP
