Anybody familiar with the Riviera seeded bermudagrass? I had local soccer field seed it in and it looks amazing. With a fairway renovation on the horizon, I may consider it rather than 419. Can it handle effluent water?

    Any experience would be appreciated

We seeded one fairway with it when we ran out of 419 sprigs. It is a great grass. It actually matured faster than our sprigged fairways. It is not as dense or as fine as 419, but it is a huge improvement over common.

Thanks for the reply guys. I'm going to seed it in a fairway area that we are working on this year that will get torn up again in two years (long story). We'll see how it all turns out. Good news that it will establish with effluent, my SeaSpray sucked wind with the effluent during establishment.
