Maybe clue us in to what is the reason for replacement, wear, breaking or what.

Hard to say without more info.

Every golf club that has them is the same. Front end is in front of axle, bad design. Protective sleeve rubs when fully turned and lets water and crap in. About one third are open and 2 thirds simply break from a moderate impact.

Most clubs have insurance for approx $12 per month, we do not as super before me opted out. Was wondering if EZ Go or someone came up with any iseas, I am thinking now like welding a protective bar in front of tie rod system.

    Thanks Michael

They cost over $300 here in Spain x 50 is $15K or 5K per year No discounts from EZ Go or dealer for design defect. Next time it will be Club Car.

    Michael,
We have had the same issues. 180 carts and we've replaced at least 70. Have never had any help from the E-Z-GO reps. our answer is the same as yours. Next year E-Z-GO is not getting our business.
