I want to get some feedback from anyone who has used or is using a redox greens program. Are you seeing good results? Are you supplementing other ferts into your program? I have notice our program is lasting about 5 days and would like to get 7 days out of it. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

I have been using the Redox line for a couple of years on greens and really like the product especially during the summer months. I Always ad some soluble N. In my opinion there powder products performed better than there newer line of liquids and I might go back to them even though the liquids are much easy to use. Not sure why that is the case its just what I've seen after application.

I've seen solid results, enough to where I can't justify going back any of the previous programs here. Do you do tissue testing? I was on the typical rx green or supreme program and played with various N inputs, but what's really allowed us to dial things in is their isolated nutrient options. What is it specifically your turf is running through in those 5 days that you could bolster a bit in your program to get the results you're looking for instead of adding additional or increased "blanket" packages that elevate all nutrient levels? That's probably the toughest hurdle any competitor runs in to here when they make their pitch to get into my program.

I have been on a Redox program going on four years. In my mind nothing beats the cost and results. It is consistence especially here in the San Joaquin Valley where we have at least 38 days over 100 degrees, 90 days over 90 degrees, 28 days of hard frost and 30 days of no sunlight (Tule Fog) and 6 inches of rain a year. Adding a little NBPT ( hydrexx or N-fixx) really makes the program shine. I do the liquid but add a little Turf Supreme powder to the mix. ( 1.25 gal of GreenFlo/1 lb of Turf Supreme per Acre) that way a 2.5 gals of product cover 2 Acres of greens.) Add some Sumagrow or Accomplish LM or Companion and watch your roots grow.

Are you using it anywhere else?

Curtis - everything but roughs. Different product combos on different areas, etc. I put it on eagle, dwarf, common, zoysia, 419, overseed, paspalum, and whatever all the other various spinoffs that make up Florida turf are.

Darin - It can be as simple as a premixed combo such as the RX Green or Supreme, or you can build your own program based on what your needs and wants are. Since you add your own N, you really get a lot of options to tailor specific increases.

P+ & K+ are really great products, and yes powders are better than flowables.... P+ in spring/fall 1-3lb/A......K+ in summer 1-3lb/A
