   I am curious how many aerifications you guys do per year in the transition zone regarding the ultra dwarfs. What months, tine size, spacing and age of greens. We currently do two aerifications, 3/8" tine size, 1.4" spacing and surface was no-tilled three years ago. I understand amount of organic matter and drainage is different from one course to another, but curious for a general comparison. Thanks!

   I aerified twice, once in May and once in late July. 3/8 inch tines on 2 inch spacings. Mini Verde in SE Missouri.

   USGA is pushing one time per year in transition zone, a typical 5/8" 2x2. Due to short growing season.
