What is everyone's thoughts on companies selling products, doing their own testing? Just curious on your experiences of comparing company testing, for example, Growth Products, Helena, etc doing your testing versus labs like A&L Labs, etc. Thanks.

I prefer to have all my soil tests performed by an independent lab and analyze myself. Too often I see companies who offer soil testing cater the results to their products being needed. I don't necessarily fault them for this technique, I would just prefer to develop my own conclusions and make adjustments to our programs accordingly.

Harris used to do testing for Scott´s. It was reliable information for the super to interpret. The Floratine analync testing was always suspect for me, I think also done by Harris. You need to ask what lab does the testing and with what extraction methods.

The Analync was always extremely flawed as interpreted by Floratine with great imagination based on very little science.
