Anyone found a good source fro aftermarket or remanufactured/used keypad radios for narrow band osmac. We are down to one working radio and looking around so that I might could buy multiple radios for what Toro would charge for one.

We use our local Motorola dealer. Check your phone book. The last one I bought was around $325 up to $400, depending on features, for a brand new one.

You could also look at this option. Four radios fro about what Toro would charge you for the one.

EBAY. I've bought them. Generally they will program them for you if you have the frequency to give them.

How about some osmac parts, 6 of 7 satellites went fully under in our record flood last week. Oh by the way, going to flood again as we speak.

I am getting my radios for Osmac from a company called All Charged Up. They are out of South Carolina. Contact Jeff Dils at 864-314-0324. They were at the show in Orlando. These are keypad Vertex Standard radios. They do all the programming at no cost and the radios run from 299 to 368 depending on which kind you want. This is what I am purchasing now instead of spending the high dollar for the Motorola's from Toro.

    Hope this helps
