We just bought and used the Miltona jobsaver tines on our 648. We have not used them on greens, we used the jobsaver tines on our intermediates around fairways. If you don't know how to install the jobsaver tines you must remove the turfguards. The way you sent the depth is by using the 2 spacers under the hood on either side of the unit. Setting the depth gauge control will not do anything. We set the tines to a depth of 3/4 of a inch. Our intermediates are 6 feet wide and the 648 is 5 feet, so we erred on the side of the fairways. Our intermediates were pretty beat up from 2 deep verticuts. We had to keep the jobsaver tines shallow. Any areas where we overlapped, it would tear up turf. Overall I was impressed with the jobsaver tines, and I will be interested to see them in action on some bentgrass.
