JD8700 Fairway Mower/Turf Conditioners Cancel The title field is required!

   Curious to know if anyone out there is utilizing the Turf Conditioners on the JD8700 Fairway mower? I was told when I arrived that the conditioners were "bottomed out" and did not even tickle the grass and was curious to know if anyone else has seen this and really just want to know if these are a waste of money.

   We use them and set at 100 below our current hoc, and havent had any issues. What diameter are your reels? They may be worn to the point they need replacing and then you should be able to adjust without any troubles.
   
   I've set them deeper, but we find we get good results with our current method.

   Never had them on the jd, but I've used then on Jacobsen, and they do work great, where I'm at know is poa and really no need for it. Works well on bent. And if you are not even "tickeling" the grass I would say something is wrong with set up
