    Ive been trying to talk the owner and convince him that Acelepryn is a must spray product for all year protection.
    I get this answer.

    "You'll probably laugh but watering the fairways and tee boxes will slow down cut worm on the greens also. Insects look for moist area to lay their larva in, I don't expect to see this to slow down till august . the drier it gets the worse you will see it. Other than damn muskrats your worst pests will be cut worms on the greens and tees. "

    Wow Ive never heard of that one. Does anyone else have any evidence to support his belief.

    Don't fight it Virgil. Turn off the water, set ya a muskrat trap, and spray bifenthrin every now and then on the greens and tees. But don't water it in.
