Hunter VSX Controllers Cancel The title field is required!

   I have a Hunter VSX Controller that when a "download events" command is sent to the controller, it fails. This is the only controller on the course that is doing this. The central is definitely sending out the command because if you stand at the controller while the command is being sent, there is communication between the controller and central. I have replaced the Communication Board, as well as the Face Plate. I have never seen this issue before. Any ideas? Thanks! Brian

   Have you checked the modem? (I think that is what it's called. The little silver box with Motorola on it.) I had one does this recently and replacing it fixed it. Let me know what you find out in case it's something I need to check in the future.
