Ground Fault Locators Cancel The title field is required!

   Hi all,
   
   We have a Progressive Electronics PE 2003 Pulser Ground Fault Locator Model 2000H Transmitter. When we picked it up from a sister course we found it is not working, (I'm thinking the water that came out of the case had something to do with it.)
   
   So we are on the hunt for a new one. Any suggestions for something that works as well? Also suggestions on where they are sold? I saw one listed on a Walmart site for 1/2 the price as an irrigation site, but no picture, and not sure if we are comparing apples to apples.
   
   Currently we are trying to trace a station wire that appears to be bad.

   I recently borrowed one from our local Rainbird Distributor. Armada Technologies Model GFL 3000, it worked very well. Not sure about the price since we borrowed it. Their wed site is http://www.armadatech.com

   We've had really good success and luck with our Dynatel 3373 from 3M. Probably not made anymore for all I know.
   
   My suggestion, and the reason we went with the Dynatel in the first place, is to get one that someone can show you well how to use. After that, they all do the same thing right? I liked being able to ask the dude who recommended the Dynatel a few follow up questions once we got it, now, its all I know.

   Mel, I'm on my third progressive Greenlee fault locator. Not because they broke but ended up selling them to customers. I purchased my last one from Sprinkler Warehouse for about $760. Best price of all suppliers at the tine. Armada was a bit higher and I wanted to stick with what has always worked.
