Anyone buy sod from this farm, in Ann Arbor, Michigan? We are looking at a substantial quantity of 007 from them. Looking for any feedback. Thanks.

Sam, I used them for a couple smaller orders a good number of years back, but when I did get larger shipments of bent ,I used Huber's sod ranch in Indiana. May be worth looking at them both. Naturally it was back in early 00 to 02 for me before returning to the wrench side.

    Regards,

Absolutely. They are only 45 minutes away from us here, and work with them a good bit....in 2014 had to order 30,000 SF of 007 due to winter kill loss on our fairways here, and quality was great. Kent is a good man to deal with there, as he is a one man show, but delivers a nice product. Hope this helps.

About how much do they charge for their bentgrass sod? Looking at doing some projects this Fall.

    Sam,

I used them awhile back for some Penncross. Kent was great to deal with too like Ross said.

As far as I am aware, Huber Sod is no longer in the biz. Long story short - a bad case of county government run amuck.

No way!!! Unbelievable that a government agency would have anything to do with someone going out of business. That just never happens!
