Many will rave about the Andersons DG for use on ultra dwarf bermuda because it basically disperses as soon as you throw some water on it, but it is pricey. On my Champion I've been using the 12-2-24 from AAT which is a 90 SGN and have been very happy with it. Very small prill that settles down nicely limiting any mower pickup. I do go out at a very light rate (.25 # N/1000) every other week. It is a BCMU which gives a nice balanced N release.

Keith, thanks for the info but who is AAT?

I use Lesco 8-3-17 in the winter and 13-2-13 in the summer on my Champion greens. HOC currently .165. In season we mow at .130.

    Regards,

    Steve

    Agrium Advanced Technologies.

I used to do exactly what Steve does. It is similar and I would recommend what he does also. You can't go wrong either way.

I would second the AAT Signature products. I am in love with the 0-0-50 and they have a good variety of NPK blends that disappear fairly quickly. if you have to fert on a day that your open then I'd look at the Andersons. I also like the Verdical products like the 3-0-10
