Just finished reading the latest Golf Course Trades and saw the write up on this unit. Curious if anyone has done a demo of it... or what your thoughts are on the process? I'm thinking it's along the lines of the Hydroject myself... so it's not going to be a replacement for a traditional aerification (which they claim, I think). What say you?

I guess if you had a month to do it, it would be alright. Looks pretty slow, though.

My friend Glen Black invented this machine and has done this service all over Florida now for about 10 years. It is a very unobtrusive process. I've used them on our push up greens annually and watched as drainage has improved tremendously.

This is the new machine that he has manufactured for sale. If you have the one machine, yes, it would be slow. But, 2-3/day wouldn't be all that bad. Would not take place of a traditional core aerification, but can replace traditional solid tining and is much more beneficial long-term.
