I would like to put together a transfer pump system for transferring liquid fertilizer from a 220 gallon tote to my pre mixer. I'm thinking a pump and hoses and a gas station type nozzle with a metering device. Does anybody already have such an animal?

    Regards,

    Steve

Give Wray a call. He's got everything you could ever need. He could tell you exactly what to use and you could source it down their if it's cheaper. He set me up with a similar system to what you are talking about and it has worked great

I would recommend an air operated stainless steel, alluminum or plastic pump. You can get it and a digital hose meter from Grainger. Anything electric won't meet code and anything not stainless or plastic will corrode faster than you can walk around that mammoth maintenance facility you have.

    Something like this:

    Alluminum
    https://www.grainger.com/product/ARO-Aluminum-Nitrile-Single-Double-2P598

    or plastic:

DuraPump was one of the best purchased I made. It pumps 20+ GPM and meters the product. I purchased the DC version so I can load a tote in a workman and transfer at our pump station.
