Anybody out there using the F1 Core Collector, or has seen a demonstration in person? Looks like it could be a valuable tool. Any feedback is appreciated, thanks in advance.

    Ryan,

We purchased one 2 years ago. It is a valuable tool for aerification, no doubt. Simplifies aerification cleanup dramatically.

Does not work very well on anything other than greens height turf, FYI.

Ross, We utilize the TurfPride Core Collector and I'm wondering how the F1 would compare...basically.....How would it work on large, undulating greens? Do you need to pick a "short pass" so that spillage doesn't occur?

So I've been really trying to decide if one of these is a viable option for our property. I read above it was mentioned that it wasn't that great outside of greens plugs. That bothers me for the cost. The youtube videos are outstanding, as are some testimonials on the website.

I guess what I'm trying to do here is drum up more conversation on this machinery since it's been 2 months since the last posting. I know its a relatively new product, and there may not be that many out there, but I'd be very encouraged by a few more statements regarding this machine.

    The labor savings looks tremendous.

    Thanks

It does look impressive, but requires an extra guy compared to the TurfPride core collector that attaches to the aerifier. Either way, be prepared to have 4-5 guys shoveling.
