For those of you in remote, lets say destination/resort style locations, can I ask what you do for recruiting employees with a minimal or non existent local labor force available? Outside of H2B, J1 or other international visas as the primary option, I'm curious what creative measures others have taken to staff up for the season.
A little background of what we can offer:
Cheap/affordable housing
meal options in a cafeteria style format
transportation to and from maintenance facility if they don't have their own
Fairly competitive wages within the industry
I'm sure there are hundreds of online sites for listing jobs, I just don't know which are successful for seasonal maintenance positions.
