    E-Omac system. 5 seasons now

The 1 amp fuse next to the 24 V a.c Output LED indicator keeps blowing whenever a command signal from either the computer or the radio is given to the satellite. The fuse blows, but whatever was commanded still runs through even with the blown fuse. It does not matter which station is started with the radio - the fuse blows but the command runs after the fuse blows. Every station and every head to each station on the satellite will run with the switches even with the blown fuse.

We are trying to get an answer from our distributor, but I thought I would ask here too.

    What you all think?

Have you tried taking the multimeter to it? what are you reading? I have learned a lot this year with these boxes

A short circuit on the 24 VAC field wires or shorted solenoid could be the cause. If all of the red LED's are not illuminated, check blown 3.2A Fuse, loose power cable connection to the 24 VAC Buss Bar or Damaged Solder Joints between the fuse holder and the 24 VAC Bus Bar
