   This is the support that we receive from the incredible staff at the CDGA. This started many years ago as a small user group of Superintendents worked with Dr. Randy Kane. Dr. Lee Miller was also a key figure in developing this program when he was on staff at the CDGA. It evolved into this outstanding weekly Interactive Turf Report that is now adminstered by Dr. Derek Settle.

   Excellent post, I am so happy to be back working in the Chicago area at Ravinia Green CC, as assistant. Working hard lovin life here in North side! We have soil based greens with older bent/poa and just like the rest working hard to keep it green and moist. Also had the 2.5 inch rain last week and saw wild amount of dollar spot week before all in the rough, wild and crazy summer to say the least....For a guy who grew up growing grass in Mid-Atlantic transition zone fun summers, this one here this year is for the record book for sure! All I can say is Fall is coming down the line and days are getting shorter...Amen!
