Looking for ideas for non slip materials on our oak bridges. We currently use heavy rubber mats with slots in them. Problem is, is that the mat still holds moisture under it and rots the boards out way too soon. Also a maintenance headache keeping them screwed down to bridge. Ive considered "deck restore kit" from Rustoleum to replace the rubber mat but not sure how durable it is. Hoping someone has a clever idea out there.
    Thanks in advance

We just put the Restore product down you and Andy mentioned. It turned out pretty well. I think we may end up putting it down elsewhere throughout the property.

We have a few bridges with steep ramps up and down and have had great success with PEM Matting. It allows the water to infiltrate and grabs alternative spikes really well. http://www.pemsurface.com/golf.html
