Just got a email from a board member that suggests we get better flags for our course. Right now we use a solid red, white, or blue 400 denier flag and change them out as soon as there is a loose seam or fading. Usually they last about 4 months. Any suggestions?

Prestige Flag with the dirt guards. Saw some people recommend them here on the forum and gave them a try. Very happy I did. They ran a special when I bought them in November offering the dirtguards for free. They have a 18 month no fray warranty http://prestigeflag.com/about/how-we-are-different.php

Prestige without a question. We use 2 200 denier pieces to make up our 400 denier flag. We get 2 years out of our red and royal blue colored flags. Go for it!

I'll give you another option. Lone Star Golf and Flags has a very good product that stands up to my constant winds here on the coast. I went from four change outs a year to two and never see a thread out of place. These are screened flags, not embroidered. I can't speak to the quality of their threadwork.
