I am thinking about buying a Billy Goat blower to push across our greens in the a.m. before we mow. Also may be used at aerification etc. The idea is to eliminate the need for 2-3 backpack blowers and personell and inturn speed the mowers up. Does anyone have experience with these? I have used the Little Wonders before but they are HEAVY. I would like to know about duriblity more than anything.

    Thanks,

    Dru

Well worth the money for a strong push blower. Ours works great for blowing cores off. We have a Little Wonder with an 8 hp. Billy Goat brands are good too.

We have a Billy Goat. Bought it about 10 years ago. Nice little blower. It has a aimable spout on the chute that allows you to pull a lever and instantly direct the air downward if you have a stubborn item that doesnt want to move. Im not sure what engine they come with now, but ours came with a Honda GC160, which is a cheaper Honda engine and we have had to do some engine work on it. But for the most part, its been a good blower

Why not consider a tow behind Buffalo or Toro blower? One of the best all around tools to use on greens, fairways, tees and cart paths. Much stronger and quicker that pushing.
