Has anyone used Ammonium Laureth Sulfate as a wetting agent? Pros/Cons?
    Thanks

    Luke,
I had a member tell me he saved his home course by recommending Ammonium Lauryl sulfate in Florida. I have not had time to investigate his claim. But according to him there is a course in Florida that loves it. I do know it is one of the main ingredients in hair conditioner.

I wasn't familiar with the ingredient "ammonium laureth sulfate" so I did a little searching.

It seems as though it's been around a while and there are many "wetting agents" that use this as an active ingredient.

I found this link that describes some of the various types of "wetting agents" including ammonium laureth sulfate.

Try Interchange Penetrant from ENP turf, works better, longer and is only $125/5gallon case. Used Peneturf in the past and SSP from UAS (lauryth sulfate), interchange blows them away.

Just looked at ENP Website, they call Interchange Command. Interchange is a made by them for Pro Gro in IL, same product.
