What products do the best at removing poa from greens surrounds and will not harm the bentgrass if drift falls on them? The surrounds are all bermudagrass. I have used Sencor before but was concerned that if it got on the greens surface there might be a negative effect on the turf. I would like a better option.

    Chris,

Round up with a board protecting the collar edge would be your safest bet. 16 oz. Round up per acre will work fine. No need to loose sleep over this one. Tough spot to treat chemically but round up will clean you just fine. Make sure you are totally dormant though.

Xonerate, at 4-5times at one oz per acre rates over 5 -6 weeks will take it out without damage to other grasses. You could get away with 2 oz maybe 3 times but Like the longer slower time line myself.
