APSA 80 is a wetting agent used in the Ag industry. I'm wondering if anyone out there knows how long it would last in a fine turf setting.

I believe it is an AmWay product. Have no clue who makes it for them but personally I would rather go with a company that is turf oriented such as a Aquatrols or another high quality manufacture aimed towards turf. Wouldn't want to find out it wasn't as good just to save a few pennies.

I actually already have it in my shed. It's been in there since before I started and I'm just looking to use it up.

I have a local Amway dealer in my area and have used the product. They claim 16 oz/a. I have sprayed 1oz/m on greens mixed with another wetting agent with no negative effects. It does spread water and break surface tension very well, but not the best wetting agent I have used as far as duration and either hydration or dryer surfaces.
I have switched over to using about 4-6 oz. per 100 gal water as it gives a spreading quality to my pesticides and also knocks down the spray. I think I get more pesticide/fert etc to the target vs. water alone. A cheaper version of border T&O or LI 700.
I do however use it on my fairways as a wetting agent at 1 oz/m. Have put it down in 90 F weather on .600 poa/bent fairways,
It can just sit there until it rains. For a course that otherwise wouldn't spend the money on fairway wetting agent, it gives a good 3 weeks of better infiltration and moisture dispersion.
As a side note: the Amway Nutriplant Micronutrient foliar product has given me
great results mixed with an iron spray and it's super cheap at the recommended rate.
