   I looking to acquire a 12 volt spreader.

   We have an el Cheapo from Northern Tool (https://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_200343065_200343065) and have to say it works pretty dang good. Mounted it to a 2x6 that clamps to the back of a cart. Use an old rake handle to turn it on/off. We calibrate it using a 2x4 under the gas pedal. Have done everything including greens with it.    We bought a lesco electric unit and mounted to front of our Toro 5600. Going on 8 years has worked out great.
