Oklahoma State #3 vs Baylor + 14.......lets see the team across the state loses..........hmmmmmmm a rout in Sillwater

Stanford #4 vs USC + 7.5..........I know Gus thinks they are ready......but Stanford ain;t ND either.....the better of the two quarterbacks wins and keeps hope alive for a visit to NO

Clemson # 6 vs GaTech + 3.5..........the talking heads love the Engineers in an upset........I don;t..........time will tell along with a few more teams that this year they are pretenders not contenders........the Jackets are one of those

Oregon # 7 vs Washington State + 35.5........don't think 5 touchdowns is enough........the Ducks priming for a team from the south

Arkansas #8 vs Vanderbilt + 10........the Hawgs will win and should cover but disappointed me last week against a ptitful Ole Miss team.........Arkansas still not sure how to play defense after 8 games...take the points

Michigan State # 9 vs Nebraska #13........+4........hate to say it but I like the Spartans to come to Lincoln and make the Huskers like what they dish out.......

Oklahoma #11 vs K State #11....+13.5.........Stoops complained of lack of focus in practices of late.......you think after a loss he has their attention...........on a hunch I like the Wildcats to cover.....this goes a long way in the determining contenders from pretenders.........with KSU remaining schedule........if they can run it they can jump lots and lots of teams in the computer polls to earn a spot in NO........but the big question mark????? can they really play????????

Wisconsin #12 vs OSU +7.........well I hope I have not over hyped the Badgers this year as I really thought they could run the table.........another road game but against a lesser oppponent.........lets see what they are made of give the points

Sou Carolina #13 vs Tenn.........+4......this is a very smelly line.......UT hammered the last two weeks, beat up and hurting and only a 4 point dog against the Gamecocks.........what gives? I'm laying the points with my fingers crossed

Interesting sidebar to the football polls........of the Top 25 teams ranked in the BCS only Penn State 87%, Stanford 87%, Va Tech 79% rank ahead of LSU at 77% in graduation rates for football players since 2001. I guess we have recruited some really smart criminals.......these guys could one day be famous away from football as well.

The Clemson - Ga Tech game I agree with you, I didn't see the whole game but Miami was able to handle Tech and their offense didn't do anything. The only thing I can see that might allow Tech to upset Clemson is Clemson's defense, is Miami's defense that much better?

Those graduation rates are really interesting. Hard to believe that if you go to South Carolina, not even 4 out of 10 are graduating.
I think the Huskers D, after their bye week, may have figured out how to play again. Plus Cousins is not going to hurt them with his legs, which has always killed Nebraska. I know I'm a homer, but if I was a betting man, it would have to be on the Huskers.
    As well,
Figure USC will be close to the Cardinal throughout their game, maybe not win, but scare them.
I think this is when K State starts falling fast, and lose 3 of their next 4. (Never been a fan of theirs since Michael Bishop beat up on Nebraska)

Ooooooooouch!!!!.......Four wins.......five losses........another bad week...........there are contenders and pretenders but just got some of them reversed. K State had a shot and well.........wait until next year.......Clemson after getting everyone in a tizzy about how good they were dropped an egg as well. A little redemption after two straight losses for GaTech.......Stanford won but a struggle but they did cover by the slightest of margins.............Arksansas again showed they do not understand the concept of playing defense....a typical Bobby Petrino team........we'll simply fool them with O. Well I will get off the Badger and Michigan State bandwagons as they simply are good teams but not even close to being great teams..........two road games for Wisconsin.......two losses.........to win it all you have to win on the road........the BCS is not played in anyones home stadium. Congrats to the Huskers and they were hot early, went into a funk and now seem to be playing good football again.........Big 10 is wide open and the Spartans made that perfectly clear. The team that continues to impress is Oklahoma State.........not sure they play good enoough D to win it all but play enough to get them to New Orleans............out west it will come down to Stanford Oregon with a good ASU team in third..........and I think Jo Pa has the inside track in the Big 10.......at least they are consistent. The ACC..........yea right...........nobody cares........they can;t wait for hoops to start.

    The GAME is coming...............................
