McCallum said: Oklahoma State #3 vs Baylor + 14.......lets see the team across the state loses..........hmmmmmmm a rout in Sillwater
Stanford #4 vs USC + 7.5..........I know Gus thinks they are ready......but Stanford ain;t ND either.....the better of the two quarterbacks wins and keeps hope alive for a visit to NO
Clemson # 6 vs GaTech + 3.5..........the talking heads love the Engineers in an upset........I don;t..........time will tell along with a few more teams that this year they are pretenders not contenders........the Jackets are one of those
Oregon # 7 vs Washington State + 35.5........don't think 5 touchdowns is enough........the Ducks priming for a team from the south
Arkansas #8 vs Vanderbilt + 10........the Hawgs will win and should cover but disappointed me last week against a ptitful Ole Miss team.........Arkansas still not sure how to play defense after 8 games...take the points
Michigan State # 9 vs Nebraska #13........+4........hate to say it but I like the Spartans to come to Lincoln and make the Huskers like what they dish out.......
Oklahoma #11 vs K State #11....+13.5.........Stoops complained of lack of focus in practices of late.......you think after a loss he has their attention...........on a hunch I like the Wildcats to cover.....this goes a long way in the determining contenders from pretenders.........with KSU remaining schedule........if they can run it they can jump lots and lots of teams in the computer polls to earn a spot in NO........but the big question mark????? can they really play????????
Wisconsin #12 vs OSU +7.........well I hope I have not over hyped the Badgers this year as I really thought they could run the table.........another road game but against a lesser oppponent.........lets see what they are made of give the points
Sou Carolina #13 vs Tenn.........+4......this is a very smelly line.......UT hammered the last two weeks, beat up and hurting and only a 4 point dog against the Gamecocks.........what gives? I'm laying the points with my fingers crossed
Interesting sidebar to the football polls........of the Top 25 teams ranked in the BCS only Penn State 87%, Stanford 87%, Va Tech 79% rank ahead of LSU at 77% in graduation rates for football players since 2001. I guess we have recruited some really smart criminals.......these guys could one day be famous away from football as well.
