I think by not later than July 15th the NFL lockout will be over. It is getting close to crunch time. So far no one has really lost any money. Some players may have had some roster bonuses that has disappeared but no real money yet. But once they get past mid July without an agreement the owners will begin to lose money. The first exhibition games will have to be cancelled........that is all gravy for the owners.......players do not share in these games. Thye are holding season ticket holders money at the moment.......once the season is officially declared history refunds have to be made........they do not want that.

Soon there will be footballs flying through the air again before the colleges get started.

My guesstimate a month ago is getting closer by the day. I still think they will reach an agreement and settle this thing. Seems only the rookie salary cap is the holdup. I have to agree with the owners on this one.......give high draft choices some decent money but also give them 3 yrs in the league to prove their worth.......then they can take it to the bank. Perfect example of $35,000,000 wasted is Jamarcus "Purple Drank" Russell.

But on the other hand it's only about 50 days to football that will begin with no strike, CBA or any other crap to prevent them from doing so. Hope you Ducks are ready for some football. My fealess forecast will be upcoming.

I agree with you Dave. I know the high picks will say "what if I get injured?" I'm sure they can take out some insurance polices can't they? I have heard of top notch college players doing that just encase they don't want to fall back on their degree.
