Does anybody have a copy of an actual preventative maintenance schedule? Check a, b and c on dates 1, 2 3? My mechanic is having a hard time keeping track of stuff like this. I am hoping to put something in writing, maybe calender form or something of this nautre.

Give the Toro MyTurf a try with the 90 free trial if he's computer literate and budget permits if you like it. I've used the MyTurf Fleet in the past at 2 clubs. It's good for keeping track of hours and service schedules manually going out and getting the hours. Then checking against your last P.M. service, inputting your service as it's done. The MyTurf P.M. I've used the free trial only, which is a very good choice for most golf clubs. Your P.M's are preloaded and can be customized. Currently we're using the TCO with the hour wireless hour meters, all your P.M. service is loaded and can be modified by hours and dates. It's the simplest method I've used.
