   got a 2007 gk 4 plus. reverse is fine, transport feels like 1st gear. slow as hell. adjusted foot pedal, has new hydraulic pump, replaced fluids and filters. It mows fine, but it is extremely slow and will hardly pull a small hill. At a loss on how to speed this thing up, or what else to check? any ideas?

   I have seen where fluid leaks internaly around wheel motors on some mowers not sure about GK4.

   Check traction metering valve.It will cause slow ground speed issue

   Could also be the valves for transport and mow, the spool inside can wear, causing fluid to bypass.
