   Check the two micro switches on the joy stick, the rubber boot around the switch can jam the switch.

   If you still haven't located your problem, you may take a look at the solenoid/valves. I had this happen on a sidewinder, replaced the cartridge and everything was good. Sticking just enough to let flow through to keep blades turning at a very low speed. Sometimes you can get away with cleaning the cartridge shaft and the inside of the solenoid and use some dielectric grease.

   On a side note, watch for operators that like to jam a rag in front of the joystick so that they can still mow in transport with this machine.
