I have a 175gallon Cushman spraytek Ds, the last couple times out the raven controller
shuts down and says low pressure with about 30 gallons left in the tank. It will not allow me to spray out the remainder of the product not even by shutting off booms and using just one. I have been told that its a pump problem it has a hydro G1 pump.

Could the pump be gone after roughly 600 hrs, we have taken it apart and the fins look brand new. Is there something else to look at.

We have cleaned all parts of the sprayer so its not a problem of dirt or debris.
    It is a gas Cushman.

    Thanks

I would say that is a good call. That centrifugal pump is too high capacity with only 30 gals left and you probably do not need agitation at that point anyway. The pump is working too well! Also, I am pretty sure SDI made that sprayer. If so Lee Stone at SDI in California can be a wealth of knowledge. Great guy.
