    Hello all
anyone had any experiences with their air 2g2 seeming to draw air into the fuel system, bubbles can be seen in the fuel filter, when the fuel level in the tank drops to half full or less?? any help would be great
    thanks
    Baz

sounds like the pick up in the fuel tank has cracked. pull the lines going into the tank out and you likely see the problem.

    Thanks Zach
On your suggestion I checked that but seems fine, I have taken out the quick release coupler set up in the main fuel line and replaced it with a one piece pipe to see if that helps as I can not see where else the air could be drawing in, fingers crossed that solves it
    regards

If you have not done so already, just change out the filter and lines with new clamps to eliminate that possibility. may sound funny but loosen the gas cap a tad while checking the filter for bubbles to see if they stop. I have seen issues develop from the cap not venting causing a lot of back pressure where the system has to pull air from somewhere or shut down. Its odd it does it from half a tank only.
