Yamaha 2005 Gmax primary clutch Cancel The title field is required!

   I have one Gmax golf car primary clutch which has one of the shoes bypass the roller. I have replaced the clutch shoes and the rollers with new ones. It still bypasses after a couple hours of driving.

   Take your clutch off and remove the cover. Remove the spider. Just under the spider is a washer. Remove the washer and reassemble it. This will limit the travel and should stop your issue. You might get another year out of it. But in the end you will have to replace the clutch.
