The traction pedal on our sidewinder is binding when depressed halfway down and will not return to neutral without physically moving it back. Nothing seems to be worn at the pedal assembly so we traced the cable back to the neutral arm assembly. We unhooked the cable from the neutral arm assembly and the pedal moves freely. So I was just wondering if anyone has had this problem before and what parts I need to replace in the neutral assembly. Thanks for the help!

I have never seen this issue but I know on my dirtbike the cables must be lubed every so often to prevent internal friction. This may be worth a try? Lithium grease btw. Good Luck!
