    All,

We have a Workman 4300-D with a diahatsu engine. We had been using the unit nearly every day, no issues whatsoever, but one day it was pulled into the equipment storage area and shut off as normal. The next morning, the unit would turn over, but would not crank. Over the last 2 months, we have tried the following:

    * Replaced fuel filters, blew out all fuel lines (including backwards into the tank)
    * Exchanged the shut off solenoid with a working workman. Working workman still cranked, down unit did not
    * Checked voltage @ shut off solenoid: has 12 volts coming to it

Does anyone else have other ideas??

    Thanks in advance!

How many wires go to the solenoid, 2 or 3?

It is a single red wire. Solenoid is grounded via the engine (according to wire diagram)

Ok. Can you hear the solenoid click? Any black smoke out the exhaust when cranking?

Did you bleed the injectors? When you do this is there a good flow coming out each injector?

Replace the start solenoid located near the rear frame rails.
