Sweeper not picking up plugs off of greens like it used to leaving more than picking up. Sales rep said brush looked fine. Adjusted rollers with no luck. Thought maybe the brush may not be turning as fast. Before we start replacing items curious to know if anyone has battled this problem and what resolved it. Thanks for your help.

Battled this issue last year. First aerification season at this course and first time with the machine. Look inside the hopper and you'll see a rubber shield. If it's folded up it won't sweep as well. They had previously left it full of material which folds the shield up. Just flip the shield over and it should work like new again.

I have found from past experience that when the brush is wore out you still have adjustment for ground contact but it is the gap in the housing that becomes to great and all the cores are not able to be thrown up in the hopper. if you find you do need a brush you can buy just the brush without buying inner shaft to save some $$$
