Toro 2100 Intermittently not starting Cancel The title field is required!

   I have a Toro 2100 UTV that will occasionally not run. The motor turns very strong all the time but will not fire occasionally. The battery is strong and trouble shooting is difficult because by the time we get it to the shop, the problem usally magically goes away and it starts running again? The unit runs perfectly when it is working properly, and it does not seem to be related to excessive heat/run time. We have checked the shut off switch under the gas pedal but found no issue there. Very difficult to diagnose since it is so intermittent, so any tips would be welcome. Thanks!

   I have seen ignition swiches that will send power to the starter but not to the coil.Try a hot lead to the coil next time or remove the switch and see if there is corosion on the back.
