Toro 1250 EVC valve Cancel The title field is required!

   I know I had asked this question before on our 10 year old Toro 1250 sprayer.
   
   One of the things to try was replacing the micro-switch; it was the same as a club car switch? Can anyone tell me where that is located? We can't find one in the parts book. We think it might be up in the EVC control valve under the cap, but our mechanic looking in there or the service book said there is nothing serviceable. Since he is out for a few weeks after shoulder surgery, I thought I could have our part time mechanic look at it.

   Yes, the micro switch is in the master ECV valve control boxes. The micro switch is the same one used in a Turf 2 Carry-all. It's been a few months since I had to repair one, but from what I can remember, the Carry-all micro switch had three leads, you have to cut the one off to make it look like the one in the MP, then plug the wires in accordingly. Basically, the extra lead changes the switch from a normally open, to a normally closed.

   You are talking about the micro switch for the forward/reverse handle on the Carryall II? It's would not be the same as a Carryall I would it?
   
   Just priced the EVC control valve (part #107-2861) and it's $546.69.
   
   We do know it's the valve itself and not wiring or other switches, we changed plugs from a boom valve that is working fine, and the problem moved, switched plugs back and the problem moved back to the original valve.
   
   Just to verify that it might be the micro switch and not something else. I will have the boom switches on the panel to my right turned on, I hit the foot switch, the green light turns on, the boom number shows up in the spray monitor but the boom doesn't turn on. I can go back to the valve and turn the hand grip manually to turn it on, and it will spray. I hit the foot button or boom switch to off; it will shut off, but will not turn back on by itself.
