I had used it at a previous course. The hardest part is entering all equipment and setting what alerts to show (what service intervals, etc.) Then getting your mechanic to input all service performed. I loved that I could track every aspect of cost of ownership and maintenance.
Once you get the initial data entry in and in the flow the system is great!
I would have loved to get the wireless hour meters and base station so it would automatically update what each piece of equipment hours are and what service is due.
I personally found value in it, and found it invaluable when I had switched mechanics and was in between because I was already privy to all maintenance being performed and had access to all service records.
