Raven Envisio Pro II controller Cancel The title field is required!

   Purchased a Spraystar 2000 last fall, the issue is the controller wont map. Its touted as a great controller, we've the rep out and he ran it and it mapped, we shut it off, and now the mapping feature fails to work. Does anybody have any suggestions?? We've tried troubleshooting via Ravens controller page, needless to say not to happy with it.

   Good afternoon tony. I'm Steven Johnson with Smithco. I have a lot of experience with this product. I left you a VM this morning with my number. When you have a chance please give me a call and I should be able to help you out. There's a good chance after creating the map you might be missing one simple step that would prevent you from creating the zone. I have multiple units out in the field and all are very happy customers with very few issues with the epro. I'm sure it's a simple fix. I look forward to your call.
