   Fellow Superintendents and Facility Managers, I am looking for average spacial areas for modern-day maintenance facilities including total land needed, building sizes and types of building designs. Any references you can guide me to for reading and researching ?

   it may be helpful if you also add the amount of holes you will be taking care of the estimated size of the crew and if you may also need to care for golf carts or other outside areas (for storage)
