   Start with the simple stuff, have you checked the hydraulic fluid? Look at the linkage is there any bent or binding rods. Two wheel drive or four?

   It's 2 wheel drive I took the hydraulic lines off the front to make sure I was getting fluid,and it came out when you turn the wheel. I will look at the linkage and hydraulic fluid was good thanks so much for your help

   Also simple and I feel sure you have changed it but Hydraulic filter could be clogged.
