Do they stop completely or just go to a very slow turn? You could have a bad pump or reel motor. Most times it's the first motor in series that is bad taking away most of the flow/pressure. You also have a control valve and relief that could also be bad. The fact that it happens after it warms up leads me to the pump or reel motors. You can try the Jacobesn trick and remove a drain case line and put a block of wood in the reel and run for 30 seconds and double that amount, check all three and see if one produced a great deal more. Not sure what the required amount is for Deere but that would point you in the direction of the bad motor. Other than that you'll need a flow/load valve with some hoses and fittings for testing.
