   Hey all,
   
   We recently inherited a 2003 pro gator 2020 that starts very hard. If we choke it strategically it will typically start after seconds of cranking. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

   When it does run, how well does it run? Have you checked or changed the spark plugs? We had one that was acting up and plugs took care of the problem. Check your air filter and pre-filter as well. Also the coil packs are known problem points on these units as well, just put a set on our sprayer and it's starting and running fine.
