The vehicle's PTO is hydraulic driven and only seems to operate in low range. There is a stop/governor that prevent the PTO from operating in high range. The problem is in low range the PTO is about half the RPMs required to properly agitate and spread fertilizer from the Vicon. I had a real old Cushman that use to work fine, but the PTO came from the engine and not hydraulic. How can I get this "newer" setup to work for me? Below are some pictures of the setup, settings and the mechanical positions of the PTO/power range stop. Thanks for your suggestions.
